Performance Drone Works (PDW) today announced it secured over $15.3 million in sales and contracts from the U.S. Army to supply its flagship C100 Group 2 Small Uncrewed Aircraft System (sUAS) in support of the Army's ‘Transformation in Contact’ initiative.

Today, Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks announced additional capabilities selected for accelerated fielding as part of the Replicator initiative. This second tranche, or Replicator 1.2, will include systems in the air and maritime domains, as well as integrated software enablers that will enhance the autonomy and resilience of other Replicator systems.

The Department of Defense said last week that Anduril’s Ghost-X and Performance Drone Works’ C-100 were selected to help the Army meet its goal in a technology that has transformed the face of warfare in recent years.

Last month Performance Drone Works (PDW) won a contract to supply small drones to the U.S. Army for its Company Level Small UAS requirement, beating tough competition from primes like General Dynamics and other established suppliers.

PDW, today announced it was selected to provide its flagship C100 Group 2 sUAS in support of the U.S. Army Directed Requirement for Company-Level sUAS. The C100 will be fielded to unit elements across the Army to enhance fire and maneuver in near-peer and contested operating environments.
